The location is very convenient. The hotel is close to many areas of interest and public transport. The staff members were kind and cute .
The hotel restaurant lacked atmosphere. The menu was limited, and only one person was serving. The service was therefore quite slow for me.

the location was convenient and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning in my room malfunctioned it only blew hot air staff acknowledged the issue but it remained unresolved throughout my stay it made the room very uncomfortable.

the hotel is centrally located it is easy to reach many attractions restaurants and shops i saw metro and bus stops right outside the door the spa included a sauna a turkish bath and a small pool tanja at the spa was especially helpful the breakfast had many options
